Matheson’s experienced Listing Services team offers a range of services in connection with listings on the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin (“Euronext Dublin”), the Vienna Stock Exchange (“VSX”) and the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange ( “CSX”).

We provide a highly personalised service advising Irish and international clients on all types of debt and fund structures, including high yield bonds, sovereign bonds, asset-backed securities, Islamic finance offerings, exchange traded funds (“ETFs”), UCITS, hedge funds and common contractual funds.

Our debt offering includes both wholesale and retail listings on Euronext Dublin, the VSX and the CSX.  Taking into account our clients’ transaction type and timeframe for listing, we advise them on the best stock exchange to meet their listing requirements and assist them throughout the listing process, liaising with the relevant stock exchange and service providers to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

Working in partnership with our legal and tax colleagues our Listing Services team ensure that our clients receive the benefits of a streamlined and cost-effective process.

The advantages of listing your debt securities are:

• “Quoted Eurobond” exemption – where certain conditions are met, securities listed on Euronext Dublin, the VSX and / or the CSX can claim an exemption from Irish withholding tax and withholding taxes in certain other jurisdictions.
• Access to certain institutional investors who are prohibited from holding unquoted securities.
• No minimum capital requirements.
• Competitive costs and timings.
• A choice of markets including Euronext Dublin (Main Securities Market and Global Exchange Market), the VSX (Third Market) and the CSX.
