Donal is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Department. He specialises in a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans, financing to Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Funds (QIAIFs) and debt restructuring. Donal acts for a number of domestic and international banks and a wide range of corporate borrowers. Donal is a lecturer for the Irish Law Society’s Diploma in Financial Law.

- An international bank on a €45,000,000 facility to an Irish sub-fund for the purposes of real estate acquisitions and investments.
- A leading financial institution on its provision of €33,000,000 facilities to finance the acquisition of a prominent pharmaceutical group of companies and other future acquisitions.
