David O’Mahony is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Department. David has extensive experience advising in relation to secured and unsecured lending transactions, bilateral loans, real estate finance, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, receivables finance and fund finance. He currently acts for several leading Irish and international banks and financial institutions, non-bank lenders and a wide range of corporate borrowers.
David has advised:
- A syndicate of banks in respect of the restructuring of a €490 million property finance facility.
- An international financial institution in respect of a €400 million reverse invoice discounting facility.
- Advised international financial institutions and domestic financial institutions in relation to receivables purchase facilities with Irish corporates.
- A syndicate of banks in respect of a €35 million multi-currency term and revolving facilities agreement to an animal pharmaceutical company.
- Advised a number of leading Irish and international banks in connection with a series of bilateral facilities to an Irish plc.
- An international bank in respect of a revolving credit facility to an Irish plc.
- A domestic financial institution in relation to a number of property financing transactions involving Irish regulated funds.
- An international bank in respect of the exercise of a set off against liabilities owing to Quinn Group Limited.
